If you or your dog aren't happy with your SplashPaw splash pad, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

 

How it works: Email us at yaplixing2023@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (a photo helps for damage claims). We respond within 24 hours.

 

Defective or damaged items: Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement immediately or refund you in full — no need to ship the item back.

 

Change-of-mind returns: We refund the full purchase price once the unused item is returned to us. No restocking fees — what you paid is what you get back.
